Consultation Fee

To begin the process, you will pay a consultation fee which will include our initial meeting and the creation of your Style Board. If you approve the Style Board and choose to move forward, your payment will be put towards the total cost of your service.

Shipping

We will ship your flowers at least two weeks prior to your wedding. Please save the boxes so you can send them back the way they came!

Return Shipping

We ask that you return your flowers within 14 days of your wedding. A product checklist will be included to keep you organized, and we ask you to sign and send the checklist back with the flowers.

A return shipping label will be printed and put in one of the boxes. It will also be uploaded to your client profile page which can be downloaded at any time.

Refunds

Because of the collaborative and transparent nature of the process, no returns will be issued once the flowers have been sent. If you are unhappy with any of your arrangements, please reach out to see if anything can be done in the time remaining before the wedding.

Additional Fees

If your bouquet is not returned within 14 days, you will be charged the full cost of the flowers. For example, if the flower rental cost was $1000, you will be charged an additional $1000, the remaining cost of the flowers.
PRO TIP- Designate a trusted person or two to collect the flowers at the end of the night. Give them a copy of your checklist so they know everything they are responsible for.

If your bouquets are returned with any damage, the damage will be assessed, you will receive an invoice with itemized charges, and you will be charged for the unrepairable flowers.

A credit card will remain on file until the flowers have been returned.

Cancellations

It’s your wedding, and you’re entitled to change your mind! Below is our cancellation timeline and the costs associated with calling off our relationship.

  • Cancel after initial consultation and Style Board- Consultation fee

  • Cancel after flowers have been purchased- Consultation fee and 30% of flower cost

  • Cancel after arrangements have been created- Consultation fee, 30% of flower cost, and labor cost (as noted on price breakdown sheet)
